II. Educational Objectives and Features

Objectives: Combining with excellent legal talents training plan, this program is to cultivate applied law talents to the needs of state economy and social development, who serve Beijing and the whole nation, have a background of construction economy and legal knowledge, and also possess the basic ability of urban and rural construction and management and service. The students mainly study the basic principles of law, accept basic training of law thinking and legal practice, grasp law method and skills and be familiar with laws, policies and regulations so that they are able to do such relative lawful service work as urban and rural management and service as well as administration in judicial system, legal service organizations and construction enterprises.
