一、专业基本信息
二、培养目标及特色
工程管理专业培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要,德、智、体、美全面发展,掌握工程施工技术知识,熟悉与工程管理有关的管理、经济、法律和BIM技术等基础知识,具备较高的专业综合素质和一定的项目管理能力、经济分析能力以及合同管理能力,具有职业道德、创新精神和国际视野,能够在房屋建筑领域从事全寿命周期工程管理的复合应用型专门人才。
本专业强调应用、注重实践,适应国内外工程项目全寿命周期管理相关职业的要求;培养学生的创新能力、初步科研能力和可持续发展能力,为国家经济建设和社会发展服务。
三、主干课程
工程经济学、工程项目管理、房地产开发经营、工程招投标与合同管理、建筑与装饰工程估价、BIM技术与应用。
四、主要实践教学环节
工程施工课程设计、工程经济学课程设计、工程项目管理课程设计、建筑与装饰工程估价课程设计、BIM技术与应用课程设计、工程管理综合实践、工程造价软件实训、招投标模拟、毕业实习、毕业设计。
五、毕业学分要求
参照beat365中国在线体育本科学生学业修读管理规定及学士学位授予细则,修满本专业最低计划学分应达到74学分,其中理论课程47学分,独立实践教学环节27学分。

II. Program Objectives and Characteristics
This program aims at cultivating the application-oriented and innovative talents in the construction and real estate industry, to serve for sustainable development of the social and economic modernization in China, especially in Beijing, who possess the profound theoretic grounding and professional knowledge of civil engineering technical knowledge and management, economy and law knowledge related to the domestic and international project management and real estate development and management in whole process management with social responsibility, professional sound, extensive knowledge, practical ability and spirit of innovation.
The characteristics of the program focus on capital construction in social and economic development, which is achieved by the intercourse and integration of disciplines, the foundation of engineering techniques, the ability of project managing, financial analyzing and contract managing, the practical education and the multiplex cultivation.
