二、培养目标及特色
培养目标:
培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,具有良好社会工作职业伦理道德,掌握社会工作专业理论及知识技能,面向老年、妇女、儿童、青少年、残疾人等社会群体提供专业服务,能在政府部门、学校、社区、医院、司法部门、企业、农村、基金会及各类公益社会组织、各类社会福利机构等领域从事社会保障、社会政策研究、社会行政管理、社区发展与管理、社会服务、项目策划与管理等工作的高级专门人才。
专业特色:
本专业注重对学生社会工作理论与方法的基础训练,以及社会工作实务能力的培养,重视培养学生反思性助人实践的能力。依托首都城市社会发展和学校学科优势,以“社区规划、社区营造、社区建设”为学科方向,注重理论和实务密切结合,培养服务首都、服务城乡社会建设的社会工作专业人才。

参照beat365中国在线体育本科学生学业修读管理规定及学士学位授予细则,修满本专业最低计划学分应达到168.5学分,其中理论课程123.5学分,实践教学环节45学分。

II Educational Objectives and Features
Educational Objectives :Undergraduates in this program are expected to be trained with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, to be equipped with good professional social work ethics, to master social work theories ,professional knowledge and skills, to provide professional services for the elderly, women, children, youth, the disabled and other social groups, to be engaged in social security, social policy research, social administrative management, community development and management, social services, evaluation and operation as the senior specialized personnel in the field of government departments, schools, communities, hospitals, judicial departments, enterprises, rural areas, foundation , all kinds of social welfare organizations and social welfare institutions.
Features: The major focuses on the theories and methods of social work, paying attention to the practical abilities of social work training, to the cultivation of students' professional methods and skills to help others. Relying on the social development of capital city and school discipline advantages, taking "community planning, community building” as discipline direction, this major pays attention to the combination of theory and practice, trying to train the students to serve capital city, social construction of urban and rural areas professionally.
